TimBear Builds is a Chelmsford-based, family-run business led by Spencer, known locally as Spencer the Fencer. The work covers fencing, decking, gates, sleepers, sheds, garden structures and bespoke outdoor timber projects across Essex.
The standard is simple: communicate clearly, measure properly, use suitable materials and leave the garden tidy when the job is done.
